Sexual violence is one of the many forms of domestic violence. According to the National Institute of Justice, approximately 85 percent of sexual assaults reported by college women are perpetrated by someone known to the victim; about half occur on a date.

RAINN
RAINN is the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization. It stands for Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network. They operate the National Sexual Assault Hotline in partnership with more than 1,100 rape crisis centers across the country. They also carry out programs to prevent sexual violence, help victims and ensure that rapists are brought to justice. Call 800.656.HOPE or check out the online hotline below.
